The Boutique is a 7 zone CrafterCoil pocket spring mattress with a CrafterCore Plus memory foam top, medium-firm, made with CertiPUR-US certified foams and backed by a 15 year warranty. The Portabase is an upholstered bed base on a steel frame with timber slat support, in grey or graphite, sturdy enough to sit on the edge of.

How does the 120 night trial work?
Sleep on your mattress for up to 120 nights. We ask that you give it at least 30 nights so your body can adjust to a new sleep surface. If it still is not right for you, contact our team and we will arrange a return. The purchase price is refunded less freight costs. Full details are on our 120 night trial page.
Who pays for return shipping if I return my mattress?
Return freight is paid by the customer on a comfort guarantee return. We keep our prices low by not building return costs into every mattress, so the small number of customers who return only pay the freight rather than everyone paying more upfront.
How long does delivery take and is it free?
Delivery is free to most areas of Australia. Most orders arrive within 2 to 12 business days depending on your location. Your mattress is compressed and delivered in a box for easy handling into your bedroom.
Do I need a special base or foundation?
Our mattresses work on most bases including slatted bases, ensemble bases and adjustable bases. For slatted bases we recommend gaps no wider than 7cm so the mattress is evenly supported. A solid or sprung base is also fine.
How do I choose the right firmness?
The right feel comes down to your body weight and how you sleep. Side sleepers usually prefer a little more give through the shoulders and hips, while back and stomach sleepers tend to prefer firmer support. If you are unsure, take our mattress quiz and we will point you to the best match.
Is there a smell when I unbox it?
A slight new-foam smell is normal when a boxed mattress is first opened and it is not harmful. Allow the mattress to air in a ventilated room and the smell dissipates within a few hours to a couple of days as it fully expands.
What does the 15 year warranty cover?
The 15 year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, comfort preference and improper handling are not covered. See our warranty page for full terms.
