What is inside
- High density quilted foam fabric. The quilted top fabric, a dense foam quilted into the cover so the surface feels even and stays breathable.
- Visco memory foam. A slow response memory foam that moulds to your shape and eases pressure at the shoulders and hips.
- CrafterCore Plus convoluted foam. An egg crate profile foam under the memory foam. The peaks add cushioning and the channels let air move through the comfort layers.
- Gel infused memory foam. A gel infused memory foam that draws heat away from your body while it contours to your shape, so pressure relief comes without the overnight heat build up.
- Supportive firm foam. A firm foam under the comfort layers that keeps the surface stable and level over the springs.
- 7 zone CrafterCoil pocket system. The core is a seven zone pocket spring system with every spring wrapped on its own. Firmer under your hips and softer under your shoulders to keep your spine in line, and a partner rolling over does not drag you with them.

That is the whole point of the Deluxe. It has a dedicated CrafterCool-Ice gel infused foam layer that draws heat away from your body and lets it disperse, rather than letting it build up under you through the night the way a plain foam mattress does. If you sleep hot, or you just hate waking up clammy, this is the Boutique built for you.
How can it be this cheap if it is any good?
The low price comes from cutting overheads, not quality. There is no showroom rent, no commissioned salespeople and no celebrity endorsements built into the price, so you are paying for the mattress and almost nothing else. The Deluxe uses the same calibre of gel cooling foam and pocket springs you will find in beds that cost two and three times as much.

What does medium firm feel like and who is it for?
Medium-firm is the balanced middle, supportive enough that you do not sink into it, soft enough that your shoulders and hips are not pushed against a hard surface. It suits most back, side and stomach sleepers, which is why it is the feel most people are happiest on without having to think about it.
Is it actually good for a bad back?
The seven zone pocket spring core is built for exactly this. It runs firmer under your hips and softer under your shoulders so your spine stays level instead of sagging in the middle, while the gel foam on top takes the pressure off your shoulders and hips. How does a real mattress fit in a box?
It is compressed and rolled at the warehouse, which is what lets us ship it to you for free and get it through any doorway, hallway or staircase. You unroll it onto your bed base, let it breathe, and it expands to full size within a day. There is nothing to assemble.
