Sleep on your mattress for up to 120 nights. We ask that you give it at least 30 nights so your body can adjust to a new sleep surface. If it still is not right for you, contact our team and we will arrange a return. The purchase price is refunded less freight costs. Full details are on our 120 night trial page.
Return freight is paid by the customer on a comfort guarantee return. We keep our prices low by not building return costs into every mattress, so the small number of customers who return only pay the freight rather than everyone paying more upfront.
Delivery is free to most areas of Australia. Most orders arrive within 2 to 12 business days depending on your location. Your mattress is compressed and delivered in a box for easy handling into your bedroom.
Our mattresses work on most bases including slatted bases, ensemble bases and adjustable bases. For slatted bases we recommend gaps no wider than 7cm so the mattress is evenly supported. A solid or sprung base is also fine.
The right feel comes down to your body weight and how you sleep. Side sleepers usually prefer a little more give through the shoulders and hips, while back and stomach sleepers tend to prefer firmer support. If you are unsure, take our mattress quiz and we will point you to the best match.
A slight new-foam smell is normal when a boxed mattress is first opened and it is not harmful. Allow the mattress to air in a ventilated room and the smell dissipates within a few hours to a couple of days as it fully expands.
The 15 year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, comfort preference and improper handling are not covered. See our warranty page for full terms.

"I have to say that my boutique deluxe is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It's alleviated so much pain in my body. With the zoned supports I feel like my spine is better aligned, and I prefer hybrid mattresses so this is great. I ordered it quite late one night and it still arrived the next day! I think I paid $700 for it, which considering the quality is very cheap. I prefer a medium plush feel so I've added a topper for extra cosiness but that's just a personal choice, there's no real need for it. Overall this is a very good mattress, fast delivery, Aussie made and Aussie owned company which is a huge yes for me!"
