What sizes are available?
Please see our size chart below. Thickness varies depending on mattress model. Mattress Crafters does not offer custom sizing or non-standard caravan mattresses.

These standard sizes are designed to suit a variety of beds and preferences. Please contact us for any further sizing inquiries.
Do mattresses have a warranty?
Yes, all Mattress Crafter mattresses include a 15-year full guarantee. This is longer than the industry standard. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only.
Can I use financing?
We offer interest-free finance options to approved buyers. Please see our Buy Now, Pay Later options in payment terms for more details.
Can I see your product in-store?
Our mattresses are delivered directly to your home for free. Prices are often more than half compared to retailers or online competitors.
Because of this direct pricing, our mattresses cannot be tried in physical stores. We assure you of better quality and comfort at a similar price point.
Can I use a MC mattress on an adjustable base?
Yes, Mattress Crafter mattresses are designed to be flexible and roll packed. They are durable and ideal for any electric adjustable base.

Exchange & Return FAQ
How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free home delivery to all capital cities and most Australian regions. This includes Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, and Perth.
For other areas, we provide competitive shipping rates. Please email info@mattresscrafters.com.au with mattress details for a shipping quote.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order and paying any shipping fees, we ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number to follow your package delivery.
How long is delivery time?
We aim for same weekday dispatch from Melbourne. Delivery time depends on your location and distance.
Tracking enables you to monitor your mattress’s journey to your home.
How do I return a product?
For warranty claims, email info@mattresscrafters.com.au to request an authorized return number and booking. Provide proof of purchase and details for 100-night sleep trial returns.
We will reply with return freight cost payment info and return authorization details.
Does you offer trial on your mattresses?
We have the Mattress Crafters Comfort Guarantee* which offers a 100-night trial period. This allows you to evaluate your mattress after a mandatory trial.
Our team is confident your Mattress Crafters mattress will be right for you. Each mattress is hand crafted to offer support with least pressure.
You can request a refund if not satisfied after the trial (freight charges excluded), under certain conditions stated in our Comfort Guarantee terms.
Mattresses are delivered free* in most areas and offer unmatched value compared to retailers or online competitors.
Please note that Comfort Guarantee does not cover exchanges for size or model and has specified time frames to apply.
Returns must be in immaculate condition with a new waterproof mattress protector used. Damaged or stained returns void the guarantee.
Refunds process within 2-14 business days after the mattress returns to our Dandenong South warehouse.

Purchasing from Mattress Crafters means agreeing to our terms. You confirm you are over 18 years old.

Our Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars including taxes. Confirmed orders have fixed prices and delivery charges.
Our pricing may refer to previous selling or recommended retail prices.
Damaged Goods
All products should be inspected immediately on delivery. Report visible damage to couriers at delivery.
Notify Mattress Crafters within 24 hours if packaging damage occurs.
Lodging a Warranty Claim
Report missing or damaged parts within 24 hours. For defects, contact admin@mattresscrafters.com.au with proof of purchase.
Provide detailed descriptions, photos, and evidence of damage for claims.
If damage is not deemed warranty related, repair and freight fees may apply.
How will Mattress Crafters correct a problem?
We may examine products to determine warranty coverage. Repairs or replacements will be made if eligible.
Repairs occur within reasonable timeframes, subject to parts availability.
Inspect items at delivery for visible damage and notify us within 24 hours of delivery for hidden damage.
