Question 1

Who is Therapedic?

Accepted Answer

Therapedic is one of the world\u2019s top selling mattress brands, built on decades of sleep technology research and sold across dozens of countries. We partnered with Therapedic to build this range in Australia rather than import it, which is what keeps the pricing direct.

Question 2

What makes Crafterpedic different from the Boutique range?

Accepted Answer

Boutique is our value range and the one most Australians choose. Crafterpedic is the premium tier, built to a deeper and more supportive standard for sleepers who want the best or whose body needs more.

Question 3

Are these really made in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Crafterpedic mattress is made to order in Australia under Therapedic Worldwide Licensed Technology and shipped directly to your door.

Question 4

Do you provide warranty?

Accepted Answer

Our 15 year warranty covers you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your mattress develops a genuine fault within that period we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Question 5

What is the 120 night trial?

Accepted Answer

You get 120 nights to sleep on your new mattress at home. A bed at this level should never be judged in a showroom, so take four months of real nights to be certain.

Question 6

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free to most Australian addresses on every mattress in the range.

Question 7

How do I set up my mattress once it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Carry the box to your bedroom, unroll the mattress on your base, remove the wrapping and let it expand. It is ready to sleep on within 24 to 48 hours.

Question 8

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are available at checkout so you can spread the cost over time.
