What is inside
- Hybrid zip top comfort panels. Each side of the mattress has its own zip top comfort panel, which costs more to build than a single fixed foam layer because it is made and finished twice, once for each half of the bed. Four firmness combinations are included.
- CrafterCoil twice tempered 7 zone pocket springs. The spring core is tempered twice during manufacture, a slower process that makes the coils hold their tension for longer, and it is arranged into seven zones so each side keeps its support while the panel on top changes the feel.

How does the 120 night trial work?
Sleep on your mattress for up to 120 nights. We ask that you give it at least 30 nights so your body can adjust to a new sleep surface. If it still is not right for you, contact our team and we will arrange a return. The purchase price is refunded less freight costs. Full details are on our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee page.*
Who pays for return shipping if I return my mattress?
Return freight is paid by the customer on a comfort guarantee return. We keep our prices low by not building return costs into every mattress, so the small number of customers who return only pay the freight rather than everyone paying more upfront.
How long does delivery take and is it free?
Delivery is free to most areas of Australia. Most orders arrive within 2 to 12 business days depending on your location. Some regional deliveries may incur a shipping fee based on the postcode, which is shown at checkout.
Do I need a special base or foundation?
Our mattresses work on most bases including slatted bases, ensemble bases and adjustable bases. For slatted bases we recommend gaps no wider than 7cm so the mattress is evenly supported. A solid or sprung base is also fine.
How do I choose the right firmness?
With the 4 Play you do not have to choose once and live with it. Each side of the mattress has its own zip top comfort panel, and with four firmness combinations included you and your partner can each set the side you sleep on to the feel that suits you. Is there a smell when I unbox it?
A slight new-foam smell is normal when a boxed mattress is first opened and it is not harmful. Allow the mattress to air in a ventilated room and the smell dissipates within a few hours to a couple of days as it fully expands.
What does the 15 year warranty cover?
The 15 year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, comfort preference and improper handling are not covered. See our warranty page for full terms.
