Please note, this is an authority to leave service.
What is 120-Night Trial?
The 120-night trial allows you to try our mattress risk-free for 120 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a refund. Sleep with peace of mind!
*Please note that the return process does not cover the cost of freight. Our 100 night trial is only applicable to mattresses.
What is a mattress in a box?
A mattress in a box is a high-quality mattress that has been compressed, vacuum-sealed, and neatly packed into a box. This innovative packaging method makes it easier to ship and manage at home, reducing the hassle associated with traditional mattress delivery.
How do I set up my mattress in a box once I receive it?
To set up your mattress, start by removing it from the box. Place it flat on the floor or on your bed base. Before proceeding, make sure to read any caution notes and instructions provided. Next, unwrap the outer plastic wrap packaging. Carefully unroll the mattress onto its intended position. Use the blade provided to carefully cut the packaging from one end of the mattress to the other. Once opened, the mattress will begin to expand. Please allow some time for it to fully take shape.
