What is inside
- High density quilted foam fabric. The quilted top fabric, a dense foam quilted into the cover so the surface feels even and stays breathable.
- Visco memory foam. A slow response memory foam that moulds to your shape and eases pressure at the shoulders and hips.
- CrafterCore Plus convoluted foam. An egg crate profile foam under the memory foam. The peaks add cushioning and the channels let air move through the comfort layers.
- Supportive firm foam. A firm foam under the comfort layers that keeps the surface stable and level over the springs.
- 7 zone CrafterCoil pocket system. The core is a seven zone pocket spring system with every spring wrapped on its own. Firmer under your hips and softer under your shoulders to keep your spine in line, and a partner rolling over does not drag you with them.

The questions worth asking before you buy
How can it be this cheap if it is any good?
The low price comes from cutting overheads, not quality. There is no showroom rent, no commissioned salespeople and no celebrity endorsements built into the price, so you are paying for the mattress and almost nothing else. The Boutique uses the same calibre of memory foam and pocket springs you will find in beds that cost two and three times as much.
I would never buy a mattress without lying on it first. What if I do not like it?
That is exactly what the 120 night trial is for. You sleep on the Boutique at home for up to four months, through every kind of night, not for two minutes in a showroom with your shoes on. If it is not right for you, you send it back and get your money back.* The risk sits with us, not with you.
What if it turns out firmer or softer than I expected?
This is the most common thing people get wrong buying a mattress online, so it is worth being straight about it. The Boutique is medium firm, which means it should feel supportive underfoot with a cushioned surface, not hard. A brand new mattress also sleeps firmer for the first two to three weeks while the comfort layers settle and your body adjusts, so give it that long before you judge it. If it still is not right, the plusher Deluxe Plus and the firmer Extra Firm sit either side of it in the range table further down, and the 120 night trial is there so you are not stuck with the wrong feel.
How does a real mattress fit in a box?
It is compressed and rolled at the warehouse, which is what lets us ship it to you for free and get it through any doorway, hallway or staircase. You unroll it onto your bed base, let it breathe, and it expands to full size within a day. There is nothing to assemble.
Is it actually good for a bad back?
The seven zone pocket spring core is built for exactly this. It runs firmer under your hips and softer under your shoulders so your spine stays level instead of sagging in the middle, which is the usual cause of waking up stiff, while the memory foam takes the pressure off your shoulders and hips at the same time. This is a comfort guide rather than medical advice, so for ongoing pain it is always worth speaking to a professional.
Are the materials safe?
Every foam in the Boutique is CertiPUR-US certified, which means it has been independently tested for harmful chemicals and for low odour, and the Sensor-Top cover is a breathable knit tested to the same standard. There is nothing in the build you would not want in your bedroom.
