Shipping Policy

Free delivery to most Australian addresses. Most items ship free to metro and most other areas, as an Authority to Leave service. Some remote areas attract a fee, shown at checkout once you enter your address. Delivery is genuinely free: if you later return a mattress under our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee, the delivery cost is never deducted from your refund.

Delivery timeframe. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 12 business days depending on your location and product. We deliver on weekdays through our courier partners.

Next day delivery in Melbourne metro. Available for most orders placed before midday on weekdays, as an Authority to Leave service.

Checking your cost. Enter your address at checkout and the exact shipping cost for your order and location is calculated before you pay. We reserve the right to determine shipping fees based on distance, size and weight, and we keep them as low as we can.
