Sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights. If it is not right for you by night 120, we refund 100 percent of the mattress price. The only cost you will ever see is a flat $250 pickup fee if you ask us to collect it, and this page shows you several ways to skip even that.
We sell factory direct, so a mattress that would cost $799 through a showroom costs $379 here. Part of how we keep prices that low is that we do not build the cost of other people's returns into everyone's price. The big brands that advertise free returns have already charged you for them, they are just hidden in a higher ticket.
Your mattress arrived vacuum packed in a box you could carry. Once it expands it never goes back in, so it has to travel home full size, and a full size mattress takes up the space of five boxed ones on a truck. The real courier cost of that trip is usually well over $250. We cap your share at a flat $250 and we cover whatever the courier charges above it.
And because fewer than 1 in 100 customers ever ask for a refund, charging the small number of returns instead of loading the cost onto every order keeps the price low for the other 99, which is why the fee is flat, published, and the same for everyone.

Pay $200 plus the upgrade price, we collect your current mattress free, and the full price you originally paid comes back to you once it is picked up. Book my pickupEvery Mattress Crafters mattress carries a 15 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. A visible dip or sag, a broken spring you can feel, or stitching coming apart are warranty matters, and they are covered for 15 years whether or not your 120 nights have passed. Comfort preference and normal body impressions are what the trial is for, not the warranty.
