Do you have any height restrictions?

All pocket spring mattresses have a minimum height requirement of 200mm. There will be no restrictions for full foam customisations. If you would like this as an option please let our sales team know for quoting purposes. 

Do you offer the 100 night comfort guarantee with custom orders? 

As the product is tailored specifically for your requirements, the 100 night trial will not be applicable. However, our sales team is there to help guide you to ensure you are fitted with the right mattress. 

What if my customisation requires the mattress shape to be adjusted? 

No problem! We can provide cut corners where required if you are working with a tight space. Simply let our sales team know the angle required and they can include it in the quote. 

What is your production timeframe?

Once the quote has been approved and your order is confirmed, your mattress will be placed into production for approximately 2 weeks, where your custom mattress will be meticously crafted.
