Question 1

Do you provide warranty?

Accepted Answer

Our 15 year warranty covers you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your mattress develops a genuine fault within that period we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Question 2

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free to most Australian addresses on every mattress in the range.

Question 3

What is the 120 night trial?

Accepted Answer

You get 120 nights to sleep on your new mattress at home. If it is not right for you, contact us and we will make it right.

Question 4

What is a mattress in a box?

Accepted Answer

Your mattress is compressed, rolled and boxed for delivery, which is what lets us ship it free to most of Australia. Unbox it on your bed base and it expands back to its full size.

Question 5

How do I set up my mattress once it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Carry the box to your bedroom, unroll the mattress on your base, remove the wrapping and let it expand. It is ready to sleep on within 24 to 48 hours.

Question 6

How long until I feel the comfort?

Accepted Answer

Most people sleep well from the first night, and the mattress settles into its true feel over the first few weeks as the layers fully open up.

Question 7

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Afterpay, Zip and Klarna are available at checkout so you can spread the cost over time.
