What is inside
- High density quilted foam fabric. The quilted top fabric, a dense foam quilted into the cover so the surface feels even and stays breathable.
- Visco memory foam. A slow response memory foam that moulds to your shape and eases pressure at the shoulders and hips.
- CrafterCore Plus convoluted foam. An egg crate profile foam under the memory foam. The peaks add cushioning and the channels let air move through the comfort layers.
- Extra firm foam. A firm, dense foam under the comfort layers that keeps the surface stable and level, the layer that makes this the Extra Firm.
- 2.4mm CrafterCoil pocket system. A heavy duty 2.4mm twice tempered pocket spring core in seven zones. The thicker wire holds firmer for longer, and every spring is wrapped on its own so a partner rolling over does not drag you with them.

Will it feel as hard as a board?
No. There is a firm Sensor-Top comfort layer on top of the heavy-duty springs, so it is firm and supportive without the bare, boardy feel of a cheap hard mattress. You get a stable surface with just enough give to be comfortable night after night.
Will it sag like a cheap firm mattress?
