Everything you need to know

Do you provide warranty?

Our 15 year warranty covers you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your mattress develops a genuine fault within that period we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to most Australian addresses. We deliver by a two-person white-glove service to metro areas and standard courier to regional locations.

What is the 120 night trial?

Sleep on your mattress for up to 120 nights. If it isn't right for you we will arrange a free return and a full refund. No questions asked.

What is a mattress in a box?

Our mattresses are vacuum-rolled and boxed for easy delivery. Once unboxed they expand to full size within a few hours and are ready to sleep on within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I set up my mattress once it arrives?

Carry the box to your room, cut the outer packaging, unroll the mattress onto your base, cut the plastic wrap and let it expand. Most mattresses reach full height within a couple of hours.

How long until I feel the comfort?

Most customers feel the difference immediately. Foam layers take around 30 days to fully break in, so give it a full month before making a judgment.

Are your mattresses Australian made?

Yes. Our Therapedic range is Australian made. Our Boutique range is crafted to our specifications and quality-checked before shipping.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer Afterpay, Zip and Klarna at checkout so you can spread the cost with no interest on eligible purchases.
